A Silver Alert was issued for a missing Callahan County man Thursday morning.
Carl Reeves, 77, the missing man, is believed to be driving a 2011 silver Jeep Compass with Texas license plate number JFJ0905.
Reeves was described as a white male, 5’2″ weighing about 145 pounds. He was also described as having gray hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen Wednesday near Eastland. Anyone with information can call the Callahan County sheriff’s office at 325-854-1444.
The Texas Department of Public Safety states the following about the Silver Alert system:
Wandering impacts families and caregivers statewide, affecting those who suffer with various mental conditions, to include Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The state’s Silver Alert program was created by Texas legislation in year 2007, designed to notify the public of missing older adults with a documented mental condition.
