LLANO, TX (KXAN) — Playing with rocks has its benefits. If you can master a tall or artistic look, head over to Llano this weekend. The City of Llano is once again hosting the World Rockstacking Championship.

The competition starts Friday, March 15 and runs through Monday. The rock stacking is part of the annual Llano Earth Art Festival held on the banks of the Llano River on Grenwelge Park.

The championship will run Saturday and Sunday and anyone can sign up to compete individually or on a team. Each team or individual has ten minutes to compete in the following categories include height, balance, arches, artistic, and quantity.
