AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) – Rosemary Cone got a surprise this week when she checked her doorbell camera — an opossum had stopped by for a visit.
Cone shared the video with KXAN Monday evening with the question “Who’s at the door?”
In the video, the opossum perches on the railing, chewing on something.
Opossums are nocturnal and are generally solitary animals, according to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
In this case, it decided to break with the lonely lifestyle and say hello.
