The CEO of Swisher County Memorial Hospital in Tulia was released from jail after being arrested according to MyHighPlains.com. MyHighPlains said Ryan Barnard, 40, was arrested for assault & battery and assault by dangerous weapon in Brewster, Massachusetts.
According to MyHighPlains.com, an affiliate of EverythingLubbock.com, Barnard was accused of assaulting, and throwing a person out of a moving SUV.
The victim said they got into an argument after dinner and as they were driving away from a restaurant. Barnard was accused of grabbing a victim by the hair, and banging the victim’s head into a vehicle console.
According to MyHighPlains.com, Barnard also bit the victim on the forearm.
Barnard pleaded not guilty. He was released on $2,500 bond.
