Caught in the act! Some media clow decided to take a swipe at Congressman Jodey Arrington and the congressman swung back. With positive publicity and a round on national television, Mr. Arrington’s policial street credit may be at a new high.

The fact that the state doesn’t already do everything it can to held injured first responders is a new low. It’s a no brainer and a group from Lubbock made the trip to Austin to try and make it right.

Also this weekend the Texas House of Representatives has set it’s $218 billion budget after and 15.5 hour debate. Part of the reason it took some long to vote on the budget was the loud debate over some 400-proposed amendments.
