Texas Tech(11-4, 1-3) couldn’t keep Kansas State from lighting up the scoreboard Monday night, in a 83-70 loss in Manhattan, KS.

The Wildcats shot an amazing 56% from the field in the first half, eventually cooling a bit to finish the game at a 53% clip.

The ‘Cats also nailed 10 of their 19 three-point buckets.

Tech, on the other hand, shot only 36% from the field for the game and 32% from beyond the arc.

The Red Raiders had 20 second-chance points but were outscored in the paint 40-28.

Justin Gray had a career-high 23 points, while Aaron Ross chipped in 11.

Texas Tech will face off vs Baylor at 2pm Saturday at the United Supermarkets Arena.
