On February 5, 2016 at approximately 10:08 p.m., Texas Tech Police received a dispatched call in reference to Indecent Exposure.
A female student reported she was walking across Pedestrian Bridge # 1 near Jones AT&T Stadium when she encountered a male subject who exposed his genitals and gratified himself. The student quickly left the area and returned to campus.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25-30 years old, approximately 5’6″ tall, short black hair, medium build, wearing a grey jacket with a hood and black track pants.
The Texas Tech Police Department continues to investigate and has increased patrols of the area.

The Texas Tech Police Department cannot currently confirm there is any continuing threat to the campus community.
