Texas Tech(12-5, 2-4) snapped a four-game losing streak with a road win in Big 12 play Monday night, – vs TCU in Fort Worth.
Tech shot 55% from the field and 71% from the free throw line.
The Red Raiders also enjoyed an incredible 46 points from the bench, after sophomore forward Norense Odiase didn’t return in the second half due to a right foot injury.
Aaron Ross and Justin Gray came off the bench to lead the team with 16 and 14 points, respectively.
The win gives Hall of Fame coach Tubby Smith his 550th of his esteemed career.
Tech will take on West Virginia this Saturday at 12pm at the United Supermarkets Arena.
