Keenan Evans’ go-ahead layup with 15 seconds led Texas Tech to a 66-65 win over No. 25 Kansas State Tuesday night at the United Supermarkets Arena.

The win gives the Red Raiders their fifth wins in the last eight meetings with ranked opponents.

Evans led all scorers with 18 points despite sitting out much of the first half in foul trouble and his final two came following a steal with the Red Raiders trailing 62-61.

Texas Tech (13-3, 2-2) improved to 11-0 at home and now prepare to visit Oklahoma at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
