The Buddy Holly Center presents Outlier as a part of the 2016 Summer Showcase Concert Series on Thursday, July 14th from 5:30-7:30p.m. The concert is FREE and open to the public.
Outlier has performed all around the world and brings an international flair to their music. The members of Outlier, Anthony Garcia and Melanie Lenau, met in South Korea where they began performing for live audiences. Their first self-titled album came out in 2013 and is available on iTunes. This album contains three songs that were listed in New Slang’s Top 100 Lubbock songs of 2013. Their second album, Outlier – Live from Berlin, is a collection of songs they recorded in a Berlin café and is available for purchase through their website. In June of 2016, they released Public Domain, which brings together a brilliant mix of Spanish, Western Swing, Irish and originals.
The evening will include:

· Food truck fare (only beverages purchased onsite will be allowed in the courtyard)
