The Buddy Holly Center presents The Prairie Scholars in Concert Thursday

The Buddy Holly Center is eager to present the The Prairie Scholars as part of Summer Showcase, the weekly Thursday night concert series held in the Meadows Courtyard.  On July 23, 2015, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., The Prairie Scholars will entertain the audience with West Texas Soul and Americana music.  The concert is FREE and open to the public.  A cash bar and food will be available for the crowd’s enjoyment.  Please, no outside beverages allowed.

The Prairie Scholars, composed of husband and wife duo Andy and Jessica Eppler, formed in 2010 after moving to Colorado.  They have been performing and recording albums ever since. The duo has many different albums including, Strangers in the Modern Era, Live Wires, and most recently The Good Old Days Now. All of their albums have been released under the independent record label they own in Colorado, Velvet Syntax Records.
