The most important thing you can do for your skin is to wear sunscreen every day, but not just any type of sunscreen. Dr. Jeffery Brackeen says that your sunscreen should have and SPF of at least 30 and be “Broad Spectrum.” You should also use more sunscreen than you think you need and reapply often. But not all sunscreens are equal, so if you are not sure on the right sunscreen for you, then ask your dermatologist.
