Alzheimer’s is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States, and every year communities nationwide come together to Walk to End Alzheimer’s and raise money for a cure. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held this Saturday at the Moonlight Musicals Amphitheatre. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the walk starts at 10 a.m. They are trying to raise $100,000 here in Lubbock from this event. The money raised will go towards research to find a cure for this disease.
