At the end of March, Garth Brooks is coming to Lubbock to perform in a handful of shows. Four out of the five shows are sold out and tickets for his fifth show go on sale this Thursday.
“We always wanna make sure that we are able to deliver the demand that is out there,” said Ben Farrell, a member representing Brook’s touring team.
Their team has priced each ticket at a flat rate of $74.98 when purchased on AXS.com. But several tickets have been purchased by scalpers and third party systems and are now being sold for a higher price.
“Garth would be the first to say he is not worth those prices. We truly don’t condone anything with a broker business,” said Farrell.
Garth’s team hopes that with tickets for this new “opening show” up for sale Thursday, anyone who wasn’t able to buy tickets the first time can now.
“We will have the proper opportunity right now for anyone at this point who wants to see him to get them Thursday. We will have plenty of seats available,” said Farrell.

If you are interested in purchasing tickets for the Thursday show they are available at www.AXS.com at a flat rate price of $74.98.
