Beginning Monday, February 22, the City of Lubbock along with Utility Contractors of America will begin construction of a large sanitary sewer main extension and manhole at the intersection of 98th Street and University.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the construction if possible and to use extreme caution while driving in the construction area.
