Beginning Monday, April 4, traffic on 34th Street between Memphis and Indiana Avenues will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a two-way left turn lane. During this construction, traffic will be shifted to the newly completed paving on the north side of 34th Street.
Drivers are asked to slow down and use caution through the construction area. The work between Memphis and Indiana is the last phase of the paving project between Quaker and Indiana Avenues. Weather permitting, the project should wrap up by the end of summer.
