Jolynn Payne, owner of Rocking Paw Kennels, joined us to talk about the opening of her kennel suites in Ropesville, TX! There are five 9′ by 9′ deluxe themed suites that are available just in time for the holidays. Each room is independent with steel doors, decorative tile, and steel panels between each outdoor run. They also have their own private dog runs with doggy door. They will be taken out into a fenced area several times a day to sniff, play, and potty. There is also a menu of add-on’s available to pamper your pet during their stay! These include training, romps in the field, fetch, agility training, snuggle and tv time, and of course treats and special dinners!

Finally, remember that it is very important to watch your pets closely during the holidays. Turkey skin and bones are things to keep away from your pets. Also keep a close eye on alcohol and desserts. And remember that dogs who don’t normally eat human food can get upset stomachs when fed human holiday food!
