Thank You for joining Raider Red Meat and Green Mountain Grills for our BBQ Meat Science Cooking Class, we hope you came hungry. Our hopes for this class are to make you better Pitmasters by instructing you in the
science behind BBQ and giving you simple and delicious recipes to showcase your new skills. Sit back and enjoy, if you have any questions during this class feel free to ask, this class is for you!
 
You will learn about food prep and be introduced to Pellet Grilling which is most popular way to grill.  Learn the Science of the meat, which cuts are more tender and which are more savory. Then you will learn the science behind Smoking food.  Lastly you will learn from the pros all about the Science of BBQ.  Pitmaster John Reeves with Smokin X and Pitmaster Chris Chadwick with Hawg County Cookers will be teaching the class and Raider Red Meats along with Green Mountain Grills are presenting this class so get signed up now to reserve your spot!
The class will be at the Gordon W. Davis Meat Lab at 1308 Indiana Ave. in Lubbock. The entry fee is $75 per person and you have two dates to consider… Wednesday, June 28th from 6-9pm or Thursday, June 29th from 6-9pm.
