BBQ Meat Science 201 is a cooking class put on by Raider Red Meats to make everyone a better pitmaster by instructing them in the science behind BBQ and giving them simple and delicious recipes to showcase new skills. 

The class is taught by pitmasters John Reeves and Chris Chadwick at the Gordon W. Davis Meat Lab. There is two classes one of June 28 and one on June 29. Both classes will start at 6 p.m. You can reserve your spot by calling (903) 274-6888, or email Ashley Kanaman at ashley.kanaman@ttu.edu.
