The Back the Badges Blood Drive kicks off today and will be held until Sunday, July 30th, at the South Plains Mall.
You can donate from noon to 6 p.m. everyday the drive is held.
On Saturday, July 29th, the Back the Badges Meet your Hero event will also be held at the South Plains Mall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will give those in attendance the opportunity to meet and connect with those who work for the Lubbock Sheriff’s Office, the Lubbock Police Department and Lubbock Fire Department.
There will also be food trucks and vendors included in the event.
