The Salvation Army of Lubbock has several exciting events coming up over the next month. On Wednesday, October 25th they are hosting a Fall Festival at their location 1111 16th Street. There will be games and prizes all at no cost.
It’s also time to start thinking about participating in the Angel Tree which lets you adopt a child who stays at the Salvation Army. You can help them have a Christmas to remember.
And they kick off their largest fundraiser of the year on November 17th which is the Red Kettle Campaign. The kick off will be at 11am at the new United Market Street on 4th and Milwaukee.
Lastly, they are serving their Thanksgiving Dinner for the shelter on November 23rd from 11am-2pm. They can always use volunteers for this event so consider giving them a call!
