LUBBOCK, Texas — Local vendors will be gathering for a free Sip and Shop event at Baked Bliss Bakery at 3502 34th St. on Saturday, August 3rd from noon to 5 p.m. The event theme is back-to-school so organizers are requesting shopper donate school supplies.
