The University Medical Center is opening two new units in their hospital for different types of patients and their needs.
The hospital will be opening a new Intermediate Critical Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit with a neuro focus this fall. By September 1st, the hospital hopes to have 20 beds open.
UMC is currently hiring for positions in both units. There will be a hiring event August 3rd at the UMC for people to come and learn more about the units and who they are looking for.
