Most people wish they could have a flat stomach and tight abs, but actually getting to that point can be very challenging, even with a healthy diet and exercise.
That’s why we talked to Amee Fisher, a personal trainer at Zach’s Club, to give us some advice and show us some exercises to help us smooth out our stomachs.
Fisher recommended exercises like reverse crunches, bicycles and toe touches to help your core. You can also use different machines they have around your gym.
Fisher also stressed the importance of cardio and how it helps your core. You should aim to do 20 to 45 minuets of cardio a day to see results.
