Often enough we find ourselves wanting to go to the gym and get in a good workout, but between work and home, getting to the gym can seem like too much of a burden.
We asked Gunz Up Fitness to give some ideas on how to get a full body workout in just 30 minutes.
Victoria Holliday, a Group Fitness Manager at Gunz Up Fitness, said in order to get a good workout in a small amount of time, the heart rate must stay up. That means short breaks between reps and sets of exercises.
Caytlyn Bollinger, a personal trainer at Gunz Up Fitness, says the amount of time you spend at the gym every week depends on your time constraints and your goals.
“It just depends on how your body works and what your goals are,” Bollinger said.
