Lubbock Police said two suspects robbed a food truck at 2312 Clovis Road Sunday night. Police said two employees were working in the Raspados Colima truck.
“A suspect approached the window of the food truck and held up a sports bag,” police said. “The second suspect entered the food truck, pointed a gun at one of the employees and demanded they get on the ground and give them all their money.”
Police said the victims complied.
Police said, “The suspects also took the tip jar and then ran from the scene.”
Police searched the immediate area but did not locate the suspects Sunday night.
The first suspect was described as a white male wearing a black stripped hoodie. His age was possibly mid to early 20’s, and he was between 5’09” to 6’00” tall.
The second suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie and black pants. His age was also possibly mid to early 20s. He was between 5’05” to 5’07” tall.
