Investigators have determined what started a fire at Southwest Lubbock car dealership on Christmas Day.
The Fire Marshal’s Office told EverythingLubbock.com on Tuesday the fire has been ruled electrical.
The fire was reported around 2:00 p.m. in the area of 58th Street and Frankford Avenue at the Brink Fleet car dealership.
According to the Lubbock Fire Department, a fire was discovered in a second story parts room.
The room suffered severe fire damage and most of the business suffered smoke damage.
The Fire Marshal’s Office was called to the scene to investigate.
Several units remained on the scene until late afternoon.
