The female suspect in the Terroristic Threat case (#16-37666) has been identified, and our detective has been in contact with her. No charges have been filed at this time.

The Lubbock Police Department would like the public’s help in identifying a female suspect involved in a terroristic threat investigation.
On November 2, 2016, between 5:10 and 5:45 p.m., a woman entered the Rosa’s Tortilla Factory located at 5020 Milwaukee Avenue. The woman approached one of the employees and threatened him and his family, telling him to “watch their backs”.
The woman then stated she is a member of the Mexican Mafia and left the restaurant in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a Hispanic female, 30 to 40 years old with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5’07 and weighs about 220 pounds.
