One person died after a motorcycle crash on Avenue Q near Clovis Road early Sunday morning police said.
Lubbock Police said at 12:35 a.m. officers responded. The rider was publicly identified as Michael Castellano, 45.
“Through the initial investigation it appears the motorcycle rider was traveling north bound on Avenue Q when he struck the concrete median,” police said. “The rider was thrown from the motorcycle, and was pronounced deceased at the scene.”
No other vehicles were involved in this crash, according to police.
