The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold the following vaccination clinics during the week of October 3rd:
10/03/16 Health Department 806 18th Street 8:30 – Noon
10/05/16 Health Department 806 18th Street 1:30 – 4:00
10/07/16 Health Department 806 18th Street 8:30 – Noon
The following individuals are eligible to receive reduced priced vaccinations at the clinic:
Children without insurance (age 2 months – 18 years) – $14 for the first vaccine, $20 for 2 or more vaccines.
Medicaid enrolled children (age 2 months – 18 years) – no charge with a current Medicaid card.
Adults without insurance – $15 per vaccine, $25 for flu shot.
Please bring a current immunization record with you to the clinic.
