Lubbock Police Chief Greg Stevens held a press conference Friday afternoon concerning the search for wanted fugitive Carlos Martinez, 32.
Martinez was still missing Friday afternoon, and police accused him of injuring three police officers. An eviction situation turned violent and police said Martinez struck the officers with an SUV.
All three officers were taken to hospital for treatment and then released.
Officers fired shots to stop Martinez. He got away.
