A Wichita Falls man charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a young boy is out on bond and officials say the investigation goes back to 2005.
According to an arrest affidavit, Luther Louis Williams III lived with a woman and her children.
One of the children told police Williams came into his room in the dark of the night and asked him if he wanted a sucker, he then allegedly put his penis in the victim’s hand.
The child, who was 4 years old at the time of the alleged incident, believed the object to be a sucker and put it in his mouth but then spit it out because he said it tasted nasty.
The affidavit states Williams then laughed and held him face down against his bed and then the boy described feeling pain in his back side.
The alleged victim says he started to cry, at which time Williams told him to shut up and threatened to kill him if he ever told anyone.
An arrest warrant was issued for Williams this week and he was booked into Wichita County Jail on bonds totaling 100 thousand dollars.
He has since bonded out.
