Wichita Falls Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to Kohl’s Department Store Friday in reference to a 4-month-old child being left alone in a vehicle. Investigation revealed that the child had been left alone for over 30 minutes in the running, unlocked vehicle while the mother, 23 year old Brianna Clark, was inside the store.
Clark was arrested for Abandoning/Endangering a Child and transported to jail.
