A series of  investigations at a home on Gay Street leads to more charges, including numerous charges of indecency with a child.

35-year-old Heather Talcott and 37-year-old John Paul Thomas are charged with indecent acts with a 13-year-old boy.

Talcott has four counts of indecency  with a child by contact and two by exposure.

Her bonds were set at $350,000.

John Paul Thomas has one count of indecency with a child and his bond was set at $25,000.

According to affidavits filed in court, a 13-year-old boy said he was visiting the Thomas’s home in the 4700 block of Gay.

Police say Talcott also lived in the home.

He told interviewers Thomas had received his disability check and he and Talcott were drinking and on a computer chat site watching other people “doing nasty stuff.”

He says Talcott took off her clothes and began dancing in front of him, sat on his lap and grabbed his hands and made him touch her.

Police say he told them Talcott and Thomas engaged in sexual intercourse on the other end of the couch.

In a separate arrest and investigation in late March, police went to the 4700 block of Gay and arrested and charged a neighbor with giving a 2-year-old a prescription  anti-depressant pill to “calm him down.”

Police say 22-year-old Marshall Hall was charged with child endangerment of the 2-year-old boy.

Officers say Hall had been asked to to babysit two boys.

The boy was taken to the emergency room because of the possible effects of the drug.
