A Wichita Falls man is facing assault charges after police say he used a crow bar and a hand held sickle to attack family members.
Police arrested 23-year-old Bobby Stockinger in the 2800 block of Roanoke Friday afternoon.
The victim told police that she and Stockinger were in an argument when he started punching her and hitting her with a crow bar.
Officers say while the suspect’s grandmother tried to stop him, Stockinger grabbed a hand held sickle used for cutting wheat, and threw it at her narrowly missing her and impaling a door.
Officers say he also punched his mom in the arm while she tried to stop him.
The victim hit with the crow bar was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
Stockinger is facing three counts of aggravated assault family violence charges.
His bond is set at $300,000.
