Kalynn Homfeld, who made headlines back in April after being accused of taking a ring from a corpse at a funeral home, has been indicted, according to court documents.
Homfeld was indicted on charges of theft from a human corpse and enhanced theft with a prior conviction, according to the indictment.
Both are state jail felonies.
Homfeld was caught on surveillance footage at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home taking a ring off of the hand of 88-year-old woman.
If convicted, Homfeld could face up to two years behind bars.
