Lubbock Police announced the arrest of a woman connected to a case where a suspect injured three officers.
According to LPD, Amy Lynam, 35, was jailed on a charge of tampering with evidence. Her bond was set at $25,000.
She was believed to be the girlfriend of a man who police said hurt three officers Thursday.
Police said her boyfriend, Carlos Martinez, 32, drove his SUV into the officers, while trying to get away. LPD indicated that he was in a dispute with apartment staff at Del Estrado Townhomes, after getting evicted Wednesday.
Police secured a new warrant for three counts of Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer against Martinez Thursday evening.
On Friday, an arrest warrant became available for public view at the Lubbock County Courthouse. During the altercation between officers and Martinez, a police body cam came off into the SUV.
The warrant said Lynam had access to the SUV after Martinez abandoned it. She was accused of finding the body cam and throwing it into some grass instead of leaving it alone or turning it over to police. That same body cam recorded the altercation between Martinez and LPD officers.

Martinez had not been found as of Thursday night. Anyone with information related to the case was urged to call Crime Line anonymously at (806) 741-1000, or call 911 if Martinez was located.

Carlos Martinez, 32, is now wanted for three counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer after three Lubbock Police Officers were injured earlier today (Thursday). Officers are currently searching for Martinez who is considered armed and dangerous.
At approximately 12:40 this (Thursday) afternoon, officers responded to a dispute at the Del Estrado Townhomes located near 62nd Street and Geneva Avenue. Martinez and his girlfriend had recently been evicted from their townhome, and he had returned to the property to pick up his belongings.
While there, he got into a verbal altercation with another resident, and the manager called police to have him removed from the property for trespassing.
The officer checked Martinez for warrants. Martinez was sitting in the driver seat of the SUV while the officer was standing next him with the vehicle door open. Dispatch came back stating Martinez had two warrants including one for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The officer told Martinez to exit the SUV, but he refused and put the SUV in reverse. The officer was run over the by the door of the SUV while another officer quickly grabbed the child sitting in the front passenger seat, pulling him to safety. That officer along with a third officer were injured as the SUV continued traveling in reverse until hitting an LPD patrol Tahoe.
Officers fired multiple shots at the SUV. Martinez then put the car in drive and began to speed toward the downed officer. Luckily, the officer was able to move out of the way before getting hit a second time.
Officers Donovan Powell, Mark Ellison, and Saul Garay were taken to University Medical Center to be treated and have since been released.
Shortly after fleeing the scene, Martinez struck another SUV in the area of Indiana Avenue and West Loop 289 and continued driving.
Not long after, officers found the SUV abandoned near 73rd Street and Joliet Avenue. At this time officers are still searching for Martinez.
Investigators with the Lubbock Police Department Person Crimes Unit were able to secure a warrant for three counts of aggravated assault against a peace officer for Martinez. His bond will be set at $500,000.
Detectives were also able to secure a warrant for his girlfriend, 35-year-old Amy Lynam, for tampering with evidence. She is in custody with a bond set at $25,000.
