If the Cowboys are seeking a dual-threat offensive player with explosive speed, Ohio State’s Curtis Samuel could be their guy.
The Big Ten junior bolted his way to eight touchdowns in 13 games last season for the Buckeyes behind a 4.31 40-yard dash time.
Samuel’s quick feet and natural agility allows him to create space, easily gaining separation from the defense.
While at Ohio State, Samuel split time between slot receiver and being parallel to the quarterback while in the shotgun. If need be, Samuel can also heave the ball out of the Wildcat.
However, Samuel will need to perfect at least one position, if he expects to be plucked in the draft.
