Rookie Indycar driver Spencer Pigot spun in turn one and crashed into the wall during practice for next Sunday’s Indianapolis 500.
Video shows Pigot losing control of the car, spinning and slamming hard into the wall, leaving a trail of debris across the track.
Spigot walked away from the crash, according to IndyStar.com.
IndyCar posted videos of the crash on it’s Twitter feed.
