Abernathy and Clarendon met at Randall High School on Friday for the first of a best of three series.
In the first, Kason Teal doubled to bring giving Abernathy the 2-1 lead, but Clarendon would respond in the second with their own two run double. Clarendon would go on to win, 17-6.
The two teams will meet again on Saturday at 1pm.
