Gil Roberts will have company in Rio! Texas Tech track and field athlete Bradley Adkins qualified for the Olympics today in the high jump.
Adkins finished third in the event to ensure an opportunity to represent the United States and is the first Texas Tech athlete to compete in the high jump at the Olympics. He finished his Red Raider career this past season.
