A chance to start again with new faces, new opportunities and some new district foes for the first fall season after realignment.
The Crosbyton Chiefs were hard at work on day one looking to build on an impressive 2015 campaign that saw them end their season as Division 2 2A Regional Semi-finalists with a 4-1 district mark and 11-1 regular season total.
“Well I think its hard work, enthusiasm and participation. These kids show up and work hard for us every day. You know it’s the sceret to success in anything is to show up and work hard and it usually leads to success. I ‘m anxious to see how the young kids come in and step up. They’ve been watching guys ahead of them and now it’s their turn. That’s gonna be fun, ” says Coach Rodgers.
