Estacado High School will be looking for a new head football coach. Announced officially on
Tuesday, Danny Servance will take over the same position at Odessa High.

The announcement came at the Ector County  ISD board meeting. This will be Servance’s second stint in Odessa. Prior to joining Estacado in 2007, he spent his entire coaching career with Odessa Permian, which is also his alma mater. He said he couldn’t be more grateful for the support he’s received in lubbock.

“It was a great experience for me, you know, Lubbock, the administration, the principals, the kids – they’ve all been great,” Servance said, “I’ve had a great time, there in Lubbock. I’ve kind of grown up a little bit there. I’ve had a daughter graduate from college there at Texas Tech and my youngest was born in Lubbock. So, we planted a few roots there. I just can’t say enough about Lubbock Independent School District and the support that they’ve given me.”
