Estacado met Abilene Wylie in the RIP Griffin center for the Regional Semifinals Friday night.
The Mats started the game slowly, but thanks to some fouls were able to still be in the game tying it up in the second 14-14. Wylie finished the first half on a 7-0 run pulling ahead to 23-16. Then, early in the second Estacado got 4 fouls called and Wylie pulled ahead 29-18. Wylie finished the game 61-52 taking down Estacado.
