In what has become an amazing rookie year, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is edging ever closer to Eric Dickerson’s rookie rushing record. With Elliott’s one hundred fifty-nine yards and one touchdown, he set the new Cowboys rushing touchdown record with thirteen, tied the team total record set by Herschel Walker and is now just two hundred and fifty-eight yards from Dickerson’s record with two games to go. To cap the performance off, Elliott hopped inside a Salvation Army Kettle to celebrate his touchdown. He did get flagged for the maneuver, however he will not be fined.
