The Shallowater Fillies hosted Littlefield on Friday night with a chance to claim the 2-3A district title.
The game would be tight from the start, with Shallowater leading 30-25 at the half. The two teams would exchange runs throughout the second half, but Shallowater would hang on for the 50-44 win, claiming the 2-3A district title.
Next up for the Fillies, they will visit Dimmitt on Tuesday to wrap up district play, while Littlefield will host Friona on Tuesday.
