Former Texas Tech standout running back and longtime NFL assistant coach Anthony Lynn has reported secured the head coaching job with the now Los Angeles Chargers. Lynn has been an assistant in the NFL for seventeen years which includes stints with Denver, Jacksonville, Dallas, Cleveland, the New York Jets, and Buffalo. After Buffalo went a different direction with their head coaching position, Lynn interviewed multiple times with the Chargers. Interestingly enough on the very day Lynn was reported to have been tapped for the position is the same day the Chargers announced they were leaving San Diego for Los Angeles.
