The Frenship Lady Tigers hosted the Monterey Lady Plainsmen at the Tiger Pit on Friday evening.
Frenship scored first on a Desiree’ Caldwell layup, but Monterey quickly countered with a Chelsea Hunter three-pointer to take the lead. The teams would trade scores in the first half, but Frenship would pull away and go on to win 64-43.
Next up for Monterey, they will host Coronado on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the Lady Tigers will travel to Tascosa on Tuesday.
