ABERNATHY, Texas — Abernathy high school’s head football coach and athletic director Darrell Daily announced his retirement Tuesday afternoon.
He shared the news on Twitter.
Daily was the head coach and AD at Abernathy for 11 years before retiring.
Last season, his Antelopes went 12-2 and lost to Canadian 35-31 in the Class 3A, Division 2 Quarterfinals.
