Coronado’s Ethan Thomas is headed to UT Arlington to run track, the senior signed his letter of intent Friday afternoon in front of friends and family.
He hopes to participate in the 200, 400 and the triple jump as a Maverick.
For Thomas his journey to UTA was something he didn’t see coming,
“I definitely didn’t think that at all at first I was just running because I played football all up into my junior year so I just said I’ll run track to stay in shape but I guess things just work out the way they do.”
